Another example of a soft root grow in on grey hair. Model is 80 percent beautiful white grey… But bored with it and wanting to be funky. So we put black panels of color on top and low lighted vertical behind the light frame around the face. A dark slate was used in the nape area blended to low lights toward the top. The result is an almost natural salt and pepper with an edge….and a super soft grow in.

Love bright color but have a lot of grey? With grey re-growth it seems you see roots in a week against darker or bright colors. My solution….. Color the frame of the face and top root area light and low light the colors through getting darker toward the bottom. The grow in is soft and subtle, and works great with color fade.

This photo is of the lovely ladies of the Arabesque Dance company. I love to look at the hair, makeup, and styling of each era. Performers are the best to research style of an era.

This is a super cheap wig I styled for my nephew. He was doing a report on George Washington and had to dress up as his subject. He got an A+. way to go Danny!

Lately, more clients have been asking for braids in their hair. So I thought I should get out the doll head and play around. The practice is great, and inspired me to challenge myself to do something on her every day. This is the first one… A simple, and clean look for long hair.
